Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• You must contact us before returning any item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with the order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect, and photographs of the packaging.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.
